At Executive level the key issue is managing the transition from today’s industry to the industry of Digital Construction; maximising opportunities, minimising threats.
Here, our objectives will be to:
1. Help recruit internally teams of BIM / Post-BIM enthusiasts: people willing to become familiar with the technologies and related issues
2. Help these teams to develop alertness, to become outward looking, knowledgeable about their business networks and trading partners
3. To help inculcate a positive, confident attitude about these issues amongst people generally in the firm and in its partner firms
4. To help executives in negotiating the standards, protocols, roles and responsibilities required for their project networks
Our approach and methods include seminars / workshops, internal recruitment, training and hands-on support for project teams.
